Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Legacy for the past year and I've been very impressed with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

I can't recommend Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation enough! They have been an absolute blessing to my family. The staff is exceptional, and they treat my father with such respect and dignity. The facility is warm and inviting, and it feels like a true home away from home. The activities are great and keep him active and engaged.

Legacy is a decent facility, but there have been a few instances where the communication could have been better. Some staff members are great, but others seem less attentive. Overall, it's a decent option, but I would have liked to see more personalized care.
