Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother stayed at Willow Park for several weeks after her hip surgery. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and she made great progress in her recovery. The physical therapists were fantastic, and she felt much stronger when she came home.

The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is generally friendly. However, I did find communication with the nurses could be challenging at times. Overall, a decent experience, but I wish there was more transparency about the care plan.

Willow Park exceeded my expectations. My father received excellent care and made remarkable strides in his recovery. The therapists were highly skilled and dedicated, and the nurses were always available to answer questions and provide support. I highly recommend this facility.
