Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Woodland Manor for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she feels comfortable and safe. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I would highly recommend Woodland Manor to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.

Woodland Manor is a decent facility overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The food is sometimes bland, and the staff can be overworked at times. However, the residents seem happy and the activities are engaging. The physical therapy program is excellent, and it has helped my father regain his mobility. I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars.
