Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been a resident at Denton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for a few months now, and we are so pleased with the care she has received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the residents seem happy and engaged. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

Denton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a decent facility, but I have had some concerns about the level of communication from staff. While the care provided is generally good, I wish there was more transparency and consistency in keeping family members informed about their loved ones' progress and well-being. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility itself is clean and comfortable.
