Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Ridgecrest for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciate the personalized care plans they've developed for her, which have made a big difference in her overall well-being.

I was very impressed with Ridgecrest Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. The staff was incredibly caring and professional, and they went above and beyond to ensure my mother's comfort and well-being. The facility itself is beautiful and welcoming, and I felt confident that my mother was in good hands.

The care at Ridgecrest is decent, but I've had some issues with communication. It's sometimes difficult to get in touch with the staff, and I've had to follow up on things more than once. However, the staff is always friendly and helpful when I do manage to reach them.
