Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Trail Lake for a few months now and we're very happy with the care she's received. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and the facility itself is clean and welcoming. We highly recommend Trail Lake.

The staff at Trail Lake is friendly, but I wish there were more activities available for residents. The food is okay, but could be more varied. Overall, it's a decent facility, but could be improved in some areas.

My father was in rehab at Trail Lake after his stroke and the therapy program was fantastic! He made huge strides and is now back home. The nurses and therapists were incredibly supportive and helpful.
