Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Winters Park for the past year, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they've helped her maintain her independence and quality of life. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are always activities going on for residents to enjoy.

Winters Park is a wonderful place for seniors. The staff is incredibly caring and compassionate, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and comfortable. My mother has been living here for a few months now, and she loves it. The food is good, the activities are engaging, and the overall atmosphere is very positive.
