Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Bridgecrest Rehabilitation Suites was incredibly kind and attentive to my needs. They really helped me regain my strength and mobility after my surgery. The physical therapy sessions were effective, and the therapists were very patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking rehabilitation services.

I was so impressed with the care I received at Bridgecrest. The therapists were knowledgeable and compassionate, and the facility was clean and comfortable. The meals were delicious and nutritious, and the staff always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my recovery.

Bridgecrest was okay, but it was a little more expensive than I expected. The staff was nice, but I did feel like there was some room for improvement in the overall communication. However, the rehabilitation services themselves were helpful, and I did make some progress.
