Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Fallbrook for a few months now and we are very happy with the care she has received. The staff is friendly and attentive and the facility is clean and well-maintained. We would highly recommend Fallbrook to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.

Fallbrook Rehabilitation and Care Center has been a godsend for our family. My mother was in need of skilled nursing care after a surgery and the staff at Fallbrook were so kind and compassionate. They helped her regain her strength and mobility and she is now back home and doing well. We are so grateful to the entire team at Fallbrook.

The care at Fallbrook is good overall, but there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. We've had some issues getting information about my father's care and some things have been missed. However, the staff is generally friendly and helpful.
