Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Misty Willow for a few months now, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly attentive and compassionate, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The activities program keeps her engaged, and she's made some new friends. I highly recommend Misty Willow to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I was hesitant to place my father in a rehabilitation center, but Misty Willow has exceeded my expectations. The therapists are exceptional, and my father has made incredible progress in his recovery. The staff is always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns. I feel confident that my father is receiving the best possible care.

The facility is nice and the staff is generally friendly, but there have been a few instances where I felt like communication could have been better. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I wish there were more opportunities for residents to engage in outdoor activities.
