Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was impressed with the level of care my grandmother received at Legend Oaks. The staff was attentive, compassionate, and always went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend Legend Oaks to anyone in need of skilled nursing care.

My experience at Legend Oaks was mixed. While the staff was generally friendly, I found the communication could be better at times. The food was decent, but not always exciting. Overall, it was a decent facility, but I'm not sure I would choose it again.

My mother has been living at Legend Oaks for a few months now, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is absolutely wonderful, always taking the time to explain things and answer our questions. They treat my mother with respect and dignity. The facility is well-kept, and the activities and outings offered are fantastic. We feel confident that my mother is receiving the best possible care here.
