Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Lily Springs was so kind and helpful. My grandmother was there for a few months after her hip surgery, and they really helped her get back on her feet. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the food was good. We would definitely recommend this facility.

The staff at Lily Springs was very caring, but the facility itself was a bit outdated. The rooms were small and the common areas were not very inviting. I was hoping for a more modern and comfortable environment, but the care was good.

My grandfather was at Lily Springs for a few years before he passed away. He loved the staff there and felt very comfortable and well-cared for. The activities were good and the food was decent. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for long-term care.
