Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Lubbock Hospitality Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for a few months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is actually quite good! I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality nursing care.

The staff at Lubbock Hospitality Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is generally helpful, but I've had a few concerns about the communication. I've sometimes had difficulty getting in touch with my father's nurse, and I haven't always been kept up to date on his progress. However, the overall care has been good, and my father seems to be happy there.
