Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Marshall Manor for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she receives. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

I highly recommend Marshall Manor. My father received excellent care during his rehabilitation stay. The therapists were skilled and dedicated, and they worked tirelessly to help him regain his mobility. The staff was also very supportive and compassionate, making a difficult time a little easier.

While the staff at Marshall Manor is friendly and helpful, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care provided. Some days my mother receives excellent attention, while other days it seems like she is forgotten. Overall, it's a decent facility, but there is room for improvement.
