Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Sundance Inn is truly amazing. They are so kind and caring, and they always go the extra mile to make sure my mom is happy and comfortable. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a quality care center.

I've been impressed with the level of care at Sundance Inn. My dad has been here for a few months now, and he's doing so much better. The staff is attentive and responsive, and they've helped him regain his independence. The activities are great, too - he's really enjoying the social interaction.

Overall, Sundance Inn is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is nice, but sometimes I feel like they are stretched thin. The food is decent, but not great. I would say it's a good value for the price.
