Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Sienna Nursing and Rehabilitation for the past year, and we are incredibly happy with the care she has received. The staff is attentive, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offer keep my grandmother engaged and happy. I would highly recommend Sienna to anyone looking for a quality nursing home.

Sienna Nursing and Rehabilitation provides decent care, but there have been some communication issues at times. The staff seems to be overworked, and it can be difficult to get in touch with someone when you need to. However, the facility itself is pleasant, and the food is good.

I am so grateful for the care my father received at Sienna Nursing and Rehabilitation. They treated him with dignity and respect, and made his final days as comfortable as possible. The staff was wonderful, and the facility was clean and inviting. I highly recommend Sienna to anyone looking for a compassionate and caring environment for their loved ones.
