Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Cedar Ridge is truly amazing. They are so kind and caring, and they always go the extra mile to make sure my grandmother is comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

My father has been living at Cedar Ridge for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with his care. The nurses and aides are incredibly attentive and responsive to his needs. He is also very active in the social programs and enjoys the variety of activities they offer. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for him.

Cedar Ridge is okay, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the care. Some staff members are great, while others seem less engaged. The food could also be improved. Overall, it's not bad, but I've seen better.
