Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been at Pleasanton North for a few months now, and I'm very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they really go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate the variety of activities they offer to keep the residents engaged.

I highly recommend Pleasanton North Nursing and Rehabilitation. My dad received excellent care there after his surgery. The nurses were very professional and caring, and the physical therapy helped him regain his strength. The facility is also very comfortable and welcoming.

Pleasanton North is a decent facility, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the care provided. Some staff members are wonderful, but others seem less attentive. Overall, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and I'm happy with the medical care my grandmother receives.
