Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Park Plaza for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they really seem to care about the residents. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I would definitely recommend Park Plaza to anyone looking for a good nursing home.

Park Plaza is a wonderful place! My dad has been living here for almost a year, and we've been so impressed with the level of care he receives. The staff is amazing - they are always so patient and helpful. The facility is beautiful and clean, and my dad is always happy and well-fed. We are so grateful for Park Plaza.

Park Plaza is okay. The staff is friendly enough, but I wish there were more activities for the residents. It's also a little pricey, but the care is decent. If they offered more activities, I'd rate it higher.
