Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been a resident at Legend Oaks for the past year, and we are very happy with the care she has received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to ensure her well-being. The facility is clean and comfortable, and the activities are engaging. We would highly recommend Legend Oaks to anyone looking for a quality care facility.

The staff at Legend Oaks is generally good, but I've noticed some inconsistency in the level of care provided. Sometimes things are great, and other times there are communication issues or delays in responding to needs. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I wish it was more consistently good.

Legend Oaks exceeded our expectations! The rehabilitation program helped my father regain his mobility after his stroke, and the therapists were so patient and encouraging. The staff is truly dedicated to their residents, and we felt like family during our time there.
