Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Memorial Medical Nursing Center for the past year, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

I was hesitant to move my father into a nursing home, but I'm so glad we chose Memorial Medical Nursing Center. The staff is incredibly compassionate and caring, and they've made the transition much easier for both my father and our family. The facility is beautiful and offers a wide range of services and amenities.

Memorial Medical Nursing Center is a decent facility, but there have been some issues with communication and responsiveness from the staff. The food could also be improved. However, the facility is clean and the activities are enjoyable.
