Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Mystic Park is truly wonderful. They are so kind and patient with my grandmother. She feels safe and comfortable there. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursing home.

Mystic Park is a decent facility, but it could use some improvement. The food is a bit bland and the activities could be more engaging. However, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I am so grateful for Mystic Park. They have provided exceptional care for my father during his time there. The nurses and therapists are top-notch, and the facility is beautiful. I feel confident that he is receiving the best possible care.
