Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been a resident at Wellington for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's received. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. My mother is happier and more engaged here than she was before.

Wellington has exceeded my expectations! The facility is clean and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They've made my father's transition into rehabilitation a smooth one. He's already showing progress thanks to the excellent therapy programs.

The care at Wellington is good, but there are times when communication could be better. I've had some issues getting updates on my grandmother's progress. However, overall, the staff is dedicated to providing good care.
