Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been a resident at Western Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure her comfort and well-being. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, providing a warm and welcoming environment for residents. I highly recommend Western Hills to anyone seeking compassionate and high-quality care for their loved ones.

I was initially hesitant to place my grandmother in a nursing home, but Western Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation has completely changed my perspective. The staff is amazing, and they treated my grandmother with so much respect and dignity. She has thrived in this environment, participating in activities and making new friends. The facility itself is very clean and inviting, and I always feel comfortable visiting. I am grateful for the excellent care my grandmother receives here.

Western Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation is a decent facility, but there have been some issues with communication. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I have sometimes found it difficult to get ahold of them when I have questions or concerns. Overall, it's a solid option, but I would recommend considering other facilities as well.
