Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at River Pointe for a few months now, and we've been very pleased with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

I highly recommend River Pointe of Trinity. My father was recovering from a stroke, and the therapists there were amazing. They worked tirelessly to help him regain his strength and mobility, and they were always so positive and encouraging. The food is also excellent, and the facility is beautifully decorated and very welcoming.
