Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Arboretum for a few months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and happy. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and there are always activities going on to keep residents engaged.

I was really impressed with the level of care and compassion I witnessed at Arboretum. My grandmother was receiving rehabilitation services, and the therapists were amazing. They worked tirelessly to help her regain her strength and mobility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for excellent care for their loved ones.

Overall, Arboretum is a decent facility, but I do have some concerns about the communication between staff and residents' families. I sometimes feel like I'm not fully informed about my father's progress. However, the staff is generally friendly and responsive to my concerns.
