Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Sunshine Terrace for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they've helped her regain her strength and independence. The facility itself is clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. We highly recommend Sunshine Terrace!

The staff at Sunshine Terrace is friendly and helpful, and they seem to genuinely care about the residents. However, the food could be better. It's often bland and unappetizing, which is a shame because they have a beautiful dining room. Other than that, it's a decent facility.

My father was in a terrible state after his surgery, but the team at Sunshine Terrace was amazing. They took such good care of him, and he recovered quickly. They helped him regain his mobility and even got him back to his hobbies. We are so grateful to the entire staff for their dedication and compassion!
