Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother was recovering from a hip replacement at Mission at Alpine, and we were so impressed with the care she received. The staff were attentive, the physical therapy was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very positive. I highly recommend this facility.

I'm so glad I chose Mission at Alpine for my rehabilitation. The therapists really helped me regain my strength and mobility after my stroke. I felt like they were truly invested in my recovery, and the entire staff was so kind and supportive.

The facilities were nice, and the staff was helpful. However, there were a few times when communication wasn't as clear as it could have been. Overall, I had a positive experience, but there's always room for improvement.
