Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Heritage Park for a few months now, and we've been very impressed with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

Heritage Park is an exceptional facility! The staff is truly dedicated to their residents, and the level of care is outstanding. My mother has received excellent medical attention and therapy, and she's been able to maintain her independence while feeling safe and supported.

The care at Heritage Park is good, but I do think there's room for improvement in terms of communication. Sometimes it's hard to get in touch with staff members, and there have been a few occasions where we felt like things weren't being handled as efficiently as they could be.
