Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

Fairmont Crossing has been a godsend for my grandmother. The staff is so kind and attentive, and they really go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and well cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are lots of activities for residents to participate in.

The care at Fairmont Crossing is good, but there are some areas for improvement. Sometimes it's hard to get in touch with staff members, and there can be a bit of a wait for certain services. But overall, I'm happy with the care my father is receiving.

I highly recommend Fairmont Crossing! My aunt has been living here for several months now, and she's thriving. The therapists are excellent, and the food is surprisingly good! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I feel confident knowing that she's in good hands.
