Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Autumn Care for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciate the variety of activities they offer, which keep her engaged and active.

I was so impressed with Autumn Care! The staff was so welcoming and helpful, and the community felt like a home away from home. My mother is thriving there, and I'm confident she's getting the best possible care.

While the care at Autumn Care is generally good, I do have some concerns about the food. It's often repetitive and not very appealing. I wish they would offer more variety and fresher options.
