Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother spent several weeks at Henrico Health & Rehabilitation Center following a hip fracture. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they worked tirelessly to help her regain her strength and mobility. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the food was surprisingly good! I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a quality rehabilitation facility.

I was truly impressed with the level of care provided at Henrico Health & Rehabilitation Center. The therapists were skilled and compassionate, and they helped my father make significant progress in his recovery. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and supported. I'm so grateful for the excellent care he received.

While the staff at Henrico Health & Rehabilitation Center was friendly and helpful, I found the facility to be a bit dated. The rooms were comfortable enough, but the common areas felt somewhat sterile. However, the therapy services were excellent, and the nurses were always responsive to my mother's needs.
