Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was very impressed with the care my grandmother received at Skyview Springs. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they always went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well-cared for. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but the staff turnover seems to be quite high. This can make it difficult to build a consistent relationship with caregivers. Overall, it's a decent facility, but could use some improvements in staff retention.

My dad was in rehab at Skyview Springs after his hip surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the progress he made. The therapists were knowledgeable and dedicated, and they helped him regain his strength and mobility. The food was also surprisingly good! I would highly recommend this facility.
