Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Our Lady of Perpetual Help for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier with her care. The staff is incredible - friendly, caring, and always attentive to her needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are always activities going on to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved one.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help has been a great place for my father. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the facility is clean and comfortable. The food is good, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. My only minor complaint is that the communication could be a bit better sometimes, but overall, I'm happy with the care my father is receiving.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been times when I felt like my mother wasn't getting the attention she needed. The food is okay, but it could be more varied. The activities are a bit limited, but there are some things for residents to do. Overall, it's a decent place, but I'm not sure it's the best option for everyone.
