Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The physical therapy was top-notch, and I felt like I made great progress. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of post-acute care.

My grandmother was in need of rehabilitation after a fall, and we chose Williamsburg Post Acute & Rehabilitation based on its excellent reputation. We were so happy with the care she received! The nurses and aides were incredibly patient and compassionate, and they made sure she felt comfortable and supported. The food was delicious, and the activities kept her engaged and entertained. We would highly recommend this facility.

The staff at Williamsburg Post Acute & Rehabilitation was generally good, but I did have some concerns about the communication between different departments. It felt like there were times when information wasn't shared effectively, which led to some confusion. Overall, I would say the care was good, but there is room for improvement.
