Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Belmont Bay for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she feels comfortable and safe. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is actually pretty good!

Belmont Bay is a decent facility, but I've had some issues with communication. It can be difficult to get in touch with staff members sometimes, and I've noticed inconsistencies in the care my father receives. However, the therapy program is excellent, and he has made good progress in his recovery.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for my mother after her surgery. The nursing staff is absolutely amazing, and they always answer our questions and address our concerns promptly. The activities program is engaging, and it has helped my mother maintain her social connections and mental well-being. We highly recommend Belmont Bay!
