Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been at Arlington Health and Rehabilitation for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they really seem to care about the residents. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

Overall, I'd say Arlington Health and Rehabilitation is a decent facility, but there are some areas that could be improved. The food could be better, and the communication between staff and families could be more consistent. However, the nurses and aides are generally caring and helpful.
