Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Bridge Crest Post Acute is incredibly kind and attentive. They truly care about their residents and make them feel comfortable and safe. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. My loved one has made great progress in their recovery, and I am grateful for the excellent care they have received.

Bridge Crest Post Acute is a decent facility, but I have found that the communication between staff and families could be improved. Sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with the nurse or therapist on duty. Overall, though, the care is adequate and my family member seems to be doing okay.
