Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at St. Ann for a few months now, and we're so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. They've made her transition to assisted living much smoother than we expected.

The staff at St. Ann is friendly and helpful, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care. Some days the nurses are very responsive, while other days it takes a while to get someone's attention. Overall, it's a decent facility, but it could use some improvement in communication and consistency.
