Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at the Terrace at St. Francis for a few months now, and we're very happy with her care. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the community feels very welcoming. She enjoys the activities and meals, and she seems much happier than she was before.

The Terrace at St. Francis exceeded our expectations! The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. My parents have made many new friends, and they're always engaged in fun activities. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one.

The Terrace at St. Francis is a decent assisted living facility, but it could be better. The staff is hit or miss, some are great and some are not so good. The food is okay, but not amazing. Overall, it's a good option for those looking for assisted living, but there are better facilities out there.
