Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Samaritan Nursing and Rehabilitation for a few months now and I couldn't be happier with the care she's received. The staff is so kind and attentive, and they really make an effort to get to know each resident individually. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their loved one.

Samaritan Nursing and Rehabilitation is a decent facility, but it could definitely use some improvements. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the facility itself is a bit outdated. The food could also be better. Overall, it's not a bad place, but I'm not sure I would recommend it.

I was so impressed with Samaritan Nursing and Rehabilitation. The staff was incredible - they were so patient and caring with my mother, who has dementia. The facility itself is very nice and clean, and there are a lot of activities for residents to participate in. My mother is much happier and healthier since she moved there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one.
