Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Clay Healthcare Center for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she feels comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. We highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved one.

I was initially hesitant about placing my father in a nursing home, but Clay Healthcare Center has completely changed my perspective. The staff is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, and they always take the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. The facility itself is beautiful and inviting, and my father has made many new friends since moving in. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for him.

Clay Healthcare Center is a decent facility, but there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful, and my mother seems to be comfortable there. However, I do think there is room for improvement in terms of resident engagement and activities.
