Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Montgomery General Elderly Care for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good option for their loved ones.

My mother has been thriving at Montgomery General Elderly Care. She has made new friends, enjoys the daily activities, and seems much happier than she did before moving in. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and well cared for. I feel confident that she is in good hands.

While the staff is friendly, I've found that communication could be improved. It's sometimes difficult to get in touch with the nurses or caretakers. Otherwise, the facility is clean and the food is decent. I'm happy with the basic care my father is receiving.
