Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Worthington Healthcare Center for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. My grandmother enjoys the activities and social events, and she's made some new friends. I would definitely recommend this center to others.

I was impressed with the level of care and compassion shown by the staff at Worthington Healthcare Center. My father, who has Alzheimer's disease, has been thriving in the memory care unit. The staff is incredibly patient and understanding, and they go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and safe. The facility itself is beautiful and inviting, and it feels like a home away from home.

Worthington Healthcare Center is a decent facility, but there are some areas where they could improve. The food could be better, and the communication between staff and families could be more consistent. However, the staff is generally friendly and caring, and the residents seem happy overall.
